(5) Hit "Recalculate" button at bottom of page. For shipping methods and costs use Shipping pull down menu below. Select method. Hit "Recalculate" at bottom of page. When done, hit either "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout" buttons. Shipping methods other than "UPS Ground" will be charged an additional $3.00 handling fee which will not appear on your receipt. PLEASE NOTE: When selecting Next Day, 2nd Day, or Three Day shipping methods that UPS does not deliver on SATURDAY or SUNDAY only MONDAY thru FRIDAY. Tracking numbers are only issued for street addresses. Avoid shipping to P.O. Boxes for UPS Delivery.
